Rare Compton 'Duchess' Garden Urn On Original Stand ( sold )

A rare, early 20th century terracotta garden urn by Compton Pottery, known as the 'Duchess' pot. In excellent condition, marked with the Potters Art Guild stamp ( PAG ) and retaining its original stand. Illustrated in the Liberty & Co, Yule Tide Gifts catalogue circa 1903-4.
