Late 19th Century Terracotta Figure Of The Muse 'Terpsichore' ( Sold )
A highly decorative and beautifully modelled, late 19th century French terracotta figure of the Muse' Tersichore' after an original by Canova. Made by Gir Douarghe, Castelnaudary, standing on a 19th century J M Blashfield terracotta pedestal. This is of good scale, standing at over six feet high and would work well both indoors and out. In very good condition and structurally sound, with some old minor restoration.
