Large Early 19th Century Carved Stone Fountain ( sold )
A truly wonderful and large scale, early 19th century carved stone fountain of a boy wrestling with a fish. The boy depicted kneeling, with the fish under his arm, his hair animated from the force of the water flowing from the fishes mouth, the whole beautifully weathered.
