DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

PAYMENT
We accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
All invoices to be paid in full within fourteen days of invoice date unless by prior arrangement, if not paid in full by this point the item will go back up for sale.
All goods remain the property of Arabesque Antiques until we are in receipt of full payment and have confirmation of cleared funds, the item can then be released for collection or delivery.
All items are sold on the HMRC second hand goods special VAT scheme unless otherwise stated.
STORAGE
If you are not ready for immediatte delivery, I am able to hold items at my storage barns, please contact me if you wish this to be the case, items may be subject to a storage fee where applicable.
RETURNS AND REFUND
All items are fully described, we provide as much information and images as possible. In the rare case that you need to return an item, we will need notification within twenty four hours of delivery. the item must then be delivered back to us within fourteen days in the exact same condition as it left us.
We will then refund the cost of the item back to you in full, less transport costs involved. you can do this by email or calling me.
